Mary appears to be in a lot of agony, but no one suspects her complicity.While the police search for the murder weapon, Mary offers the detectives some whisky and the leg of lamb she used to kill her husband. She even participates in them eating the evidence of her crime in an effort to destroy all traces of the murder weapon.
